We’ve used them multiple times this holiday. They’ve always been punctual and friendly. We’ve changed plans a couple of times and they seem to know our needs before we do. Pleasant, informative drivers every time.

Had a great experience with Agatha was great and boss teddy in the front gave all directions was perfect , 10/10 recommend to everyone.

The best taxi company drivers all very friendly and helpful and chatty

Easy to book with lots of text messages to confirm it and then let you know when they are coming. Very useful as you don’t need to hang around looking out the window and hoping they arrive. Car was clean and driver friendly and talkative. In my opinion taxis are much less affordable these days and somewhat of a luxury way to travel. I spent £15 including a few quid as a tip to travel around 3 miles. It took 10 mins door to door but bus and walking combined would have taken an hour. I guess if you want fast and convenient travel, it costs money. Happy to recommend.

Agata drove my wife and me from the Inverness train station to Cawdor Castle, and then came back on time to pick us up. Agata was very friendly, offering suggestions for our visit and even stopping to let us take pictures of some hairy cows. This was a lot more than good transportation – five stars, at least.

We booked a hiking tour for Fort William to Inverness. Capital Taxi was used for transfers from our overnight accomodations to our hiking locations start and ending each day. Capital driver’s were EXCELLENT and made our hiking trip a pleasure. They showed up on time and always with a smile and helpful. If you need transportation, Capital Taxi is the one to call.

Quickly sent a taxi to our location when a different taxi company lost our booking.

Because of the timely service of capital we did still get our flight and could continue on our travels.

The phone contact was quick, to the point and friendly. We were well-served.

Excellent taxi service. First class customer care provided consistently. Absolutely the best taxi company in Inverness. Thank you Capital Taxi 🙏

Driver joe is amazing driver always on time and has a good laugh will recommend this taxi company to anyone who’s visiting Inverness

We visited Inverness today having traveled for over 600 miles for a short break. The hotel could not fit us in for a meal this evening so we had to travel out. We contacted capital cars and the service from start to finish has been amazing. Control staff were great and very polite – the drivers/contact: all very personal and so accommodating… to the point of a song being found on the play list for us to sing along with ….😀…….
Brilliant 5 star all the way !!!

Absolutely amazing service from capital taxi’s Inverness. Nothing was too much trouble. The young lady I had was so so friendly and so very very helpful. Would definitely recommend this taxi company.
